Tianjin Duliujian River HDD Crossing Project design pressure is 4MPa, Pipeline diameter is Φ610, with horizontal length 1932M and actual length 1935.33M, Crossing pipe is Φ610×10、L415MB Spiral submerged arc welding pipe.
The geology is complex: Grey yellow, brown, rusty, and small amount of shell fragments, no shakeing response, cross section is slightly shiny, surface water and river are salt water. Water level is significantly influenced by outside environment,
This ground layer has huge cohesive force, during crossing, drilling equipment has high torque, meanwhile, soil are very easily cohere, which is also hard to cut into small pieces
