 Wang Fuming--academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, dean of Water Conservancy & Environmental Engineering College in Zhengzhou University, member of No.6 discipline appraisal group of water conservancy engineering discipline of the state council degree committee, Vice director of Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, director of Chinese Institution of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering. Wang Fuming is the first academic leader of primary discipline doctoral programs of Water Conservancy & Environmental Engineering College in Zhengzhou University, director of Henan Road Test Engineering Technology Research Center, director of Henan Provincial Engineering Research Center for infrastructure safety inspection and maintenance. Wang Fuming academician achieved International Academy Award for non excavation research in 2014 and become the chairman of CSTT in 2016.
